Return Process

Step 1 - Initiate Return (Days 1-30)

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call our Madison Avenue store. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 - Receive Return Authorization

We'll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.

Step 3 - Package & Ship

Securely package your items with all original materials. Attach the provided return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Step 4 - Processing (3-5 business days)

Once we receive your return, our authentication team will inspect the items and process your refund.

Step 5 - Refund Issued (5-7 business days)

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. You'll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

Refund Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Full refund to original card (5-7 business days)
  • PayPal: Refund to PayPal account (3-5 business days)
  • Store Credit: Immediate credit for future purchases (optional)
  • Cash Purchases: Store credit or check by mail

Refund Amounts:

  • Full purchase price for items in perfect condition
  • Original shipping costs refunded for orders over $200

Exchanges

We gladly accommodate exchanges for different sizes, colors, or models within our current inventory. Exchange requests follow the same 30-day timeframe as returns.

Exchange Process:

  2. Follow standard return process for original item
  3. New item ships once original is received and approved
  4. Price differences are charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we'll make it right immediately:

International Returns

Special Circumstances
